Waypoint
Centre should not receive the passing grade.
Public
accountability requires honest management of public funds. Honest management is
the willingness to maintain public standards for justice. It is not up to any
public subsidiary to circumvent larger-scale tenants of social justice for such
rivets of our singular system do not serve their public function.
The Waypoint
Centre motto “Advancing understanding, improving lives” is not the practice at
Waypoint Centre. There exists no standard complaint form. There exists no
advertised policy to acknowledge complaints and no process to assist clients
with complaint escalation. There are three rights advocates whose job is to
assist clients complain: (1) Cathy ignores patients, or at least Rene
Helmerichs; (2) Wade carries the mental disorder of midlife transgender issues
to work, and; (3) the third is kind-hearted but unable to prevent management
from brushing us off.
Case-in-point
that Waypoint Centre practices the anti-thesis to a client-centered approach is
the ominous requirement of chief psychiatrist James (Jamie) Karagianis. Client
are required to speak when spoken to and not respected when they request the
session to be audio-recorded. Why do psychiatrists insist clients are not able
to directly challenge defamatory opinion? All clients at Waypoint are considered
patients, all patients are considered mentally ill, and the ill are not to be
let to self-represent witnessing a free society circumvented.
In a recent
mailout, Jamie joked about his car-parking hardship incurred in relocating us
the 200 severe mentally ill.
If there were
respect, Rene Helmerichs (me) would not have been denied assessment in Feb.
2015 for grounds of desiring it recorded, then assess in June and deemed not
fit to self-represent before the judicial hearing to have assessment
audio-recorded. A letter dated 5 July 2015 titled A Growing Misunderstanding
placed to Waypoint chart 43125 is copied to The College of Physicians And
Surgeons of Ontario against psychiatrists William Komer and James Karagianis.
If Waypoint
were improving lives, I would not be kept unnecessarily apart from my son.
Rather, Waypoint Senior Team would hear my sincere plea for honest assistance
to correct our record. Instead, Bridget Quesnelle, personally insisted Senior
Team would not assist the correction of a record on which it relies.
Documentation submitted 23 June 2015 to appear online in the next blog post.
The insistence was made in person to Rene Helmerichs with Paul Percival as
witness on 26 June 2015. Paul has yet to follow-up a dozen written complaints.
To advance
understanding the Ontario public is offered an outstanding example of tax-payer
waste in the public service real-life impersonation video at:
