My
name is Rene Helmerichs. This document was first submitted to FC-13-416 at
Barrie on 18 Dec. 2014.

Gunter
Lorberg and I agree me to be psychotic. Mr. Lorberg is one of seven
psychiatrists purporting the actions of Liaqat Ali and Anjana Chawla to be
lawful, namely, that psychiatrists are superior to courts for law and trials
for criminal offences need not be had so far as their actions to date speak.

I’m
yet unsure what psychotic means but I understand everyone consider me to be
ill. Truly, psychiatrists have invented their own language and call the
mainstream of us ill for not being able to read their mind. As no time have
they provided written explainations for whatever “severe mental illness” Mr.
Lorberg had in mind on 16 Dec. 2014, the day he prescribed me Gabipenton for my
“brain disease” called Epilepsy? I don’t suffer seizures nor have I any clue
what that one pill was supposed to do.

I was
arrested on 3 Sept. 2012 at my request to become “King of Canada”. I was a
teacher at Georgian College writing a jokebook to market Talk To Dream, The New
Goal Day charity of my design begun in February 2012 in preperation to
peacefully depart the rat-race of college teaching life on 31 March 2013, my
contract end-date.

Realizing
Movember to have taken in $120 million in its third year, and not specifically
desiring to go back to school to keep a part-time teaching job, I elected to
put common sense into action.
7.
Common
Sense is simply described in section 52(1) of The Constitution. The Talk To
Dream premise rests precisely on the Constitution statement that (1) there
exists GOD and (2) that all laws must be ever-considered with flexibility for
their advocation of The Law Of One God. Specifically, everything not exclusive
is logically mutually harmonious and therefore fully possible because God IS.
8.
Simply
put, life on Earth is like a game begging for someone to advocate exclusively
for that which can not ever be anywhere fully defined, being God. In the words
of Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) “no finite mind can have full awareness of The
Whole.”
9.
The
jokebook for Life Of Christ With God does then advocated for every one and
everything as with equal share of that One God. The One System originating
harmonically resonant universes within a dynamic state best compared to fluid
time, time non-linear.

Justin Trudeau indicting him of a Criminal offence.

13. Needless to say, the government-types
advocating for not-peace, secrecy, courtroom perjury, and general tyranny did
not find the idea very funny. Nor did The Mormon Community Of Christ elders
Kris Judd and Tim Stanlick, Carmen Thompson too, when they were legally
invoiced for a “Trust Lesson” following the Good Sense Budgeting “give money to
secure a seat in heaven” workshop their local minister Matthew Swain had caused
Professor Helmerichs to advertise at Georgian College.
14. The Good Sense Budgeting workspot had been
at Grove Park Home in Barrie on 21 April 2012 and described by wife Irina Swain
to Rene as “a tax advise workshop sort of like the one you did at our apartment
in 2011”.
15. In 2011, The Professor of A Course In
Miracles had offered advise to educate immigrants of his Business Communication
Skills courses, off campus to ensure participants understood Georgian was not
sponsoring the genuine advise.
16. Mr. Helmerichs was dismissed from his
teaching and marketing capacities at the college as a direct result of the 3
Sept. 2012 arrest in October of 2012, mid course, on grounds that he was
somehow not longer qualified to teach nor to market for it.
17. The police reports of Police Constable
Watt #4755 of 31 Aug. 2012, Detectives Lynch and Armstrong of 1 Sept 2012, and
that of Doug Henderson on 3 Sept 2012 and Brian Read on 4 Sept 2012 elegantly
depict the gradual twisting of events as presented to the jury for Superior
Court trial C-13-205 at Barrie in June of 2014 notwithstanding the second
arrest was in fact a Double Jeapordly. The court seemed not to mind its
principle witnesses, the local Mormon minister and former treasurer, openly and
blatently falsifying testimony to keep this folly quiet.
18. From Dec. 2011 to June 2012 Mr. Helmerichs
facilitated The Barrie Area A Course In Miracles Study Group. This book, A
Course In Miracles, is actually a 1200-page text given to a team of research
psychologists at Columbia University, the same school licencing physicians for
The United States Of America.
19. The interesting thing about the book is
that its principal scribe, Helen Schucmann, heard a voice while awaking from a
dream that kept repeating “This is A Course In Miracles, please take notes.”
20. Helen thought she was losing her mind and
approached her superior, Bill Somebody, who suggested she write it down. It
took seven years. The book is officially available from www.acim.org AND the 6
Dec. 2014 TWITTER post @talk2dream given Professor Rene Helmerichs does legally
share the copyright and has elected to make the full pdf, linked and searchable
copy, available WORLDWIDE without cost. A Course In Miracles, in chapter 12 of
The Manual For Teachers, gives Mr. Helmerichs the exclusive authority to take
the copyright so long as be exclusively advocates for Worldwide
Peace-without-war.
21. The Mormons were invoiced for a Dodge
Viper on 30 Aug. 2012. It’s the second-best church. Deuteronomy 15:8, my need
for a car, and the extra-ordinarily lawless brood of vipers professing law in
courts at Barrie do justify the marketing expense.
22. The charity Talk To Dream seeks to rebuild
the school described by Jon Peniel in Children Of The Law Of One: The Lost
Teachings Of Atlantis, the same school Robert Heinlein had stumbled upon in a
1930s expedition to China through The Himalayan Mountains that Jesus son of
Joseph attended.
23. Perhaps the psychosis of which Mr.
Helmerichs is repeatedly accused is simply the correct belief that Atlantis, a
continent formerly in the Atlantic ocean beyond the straight Of Gibraltar when
viewed from the past residence of Plato, really did sink in a massive upheaval
of over-tapping geothermal Energy as Edgar Cayce described? Or that Moses in
Exodus 40:37-38 did follow a cloud-hidden craft with knowledge of gravity able
to manipulate the motion of water to part puddles with resonant frequency not
unlike chemists currently use to suspend liquid in mid air for study free of
contact to a solid container?
24. Baerbel Reichman, wife of Barrie
psychiatrist J. Reichman who provides A Course In Miracles Mind-based Stress
Reduction Workshops, with costs to The Ontario Ministry Of Health under OHIP,
did frequently suggest Mr. Helmerichs to pitch the idea for a stream-lined
school while at Georgian College. Talk To Dream is the medium for advertisement
now through every means available to The Professor, and the book of real-life
called The Choice its CONTEXT.
25. In the police report of 4 Sept. 2012,
Brian Read states Mr. Helmerichs to have been arrested for Criminally Harassing
one Natalie Yewchyn, the local Mormon treasurer, and incarcerated into a
hospital for shere disbelief the 2010 revelation of Mr. Helmerichs, that the
whole of psychiatry is nought but a public dis-service into complacent medical
slavery, was deed accurate.
26. Following the arrest of 3 Sept. 2012,
stated in the recording to have been for possession of 3.7 grams Marijuana, but
specifically to unite the churches of the world, Mr. Helmerichs was dumbfounded
to discover first that The City Of Barrie police would actually assault a
teacher to remove recording devices before then watching a physician talk,
require answers, make notes, and not permit either written notes nor spoken
unrecorded statements to be confirmed as accurate TO The Professor declared
psychotic for His attestation Helen did NOT lose her Mind.
27. Mr. Helmerichs was locked in an “Extra
Care” area, essentially sensory deprivation at Royal Victoria Hospital, and
forced to converse with psychiatrist Liaqat Ali who claimed all manner of
untrue statements as true that Rene Helmerichs become Our God. Thank you Mr.
Ali for continuing the lying about Me?
28. Perhaps for arguing with psychiatrists, or
for the insistence that there really does exist GOD available equally and all
ways and always to better the whole as ONE whole, the then chief psychiatrist
Anjana Chawla denied Mr. Helmerichs all supportive visitors, until his sudden
release 63 days later.
29. Ms. Chawla had irreparably erred. In fact,
Ms. Chawla has erred in such an astounding way to have, according to The War
Crimes And Humanities Act, R.S.D. 1990 of Canada, actually declared WAR on
Professor Rene Helmerichs. It may sound as a grandiose claim, but section 4 of
the Act was undeniably violate with Criminal Code section 269.1 defined Torture
causing still to this day the severe mental suffering of realizing the absolute
liability demanded in Barrie for allegations of bedevilling to Natalie Yewchyn
without so much as even a thought for a trial in the governing criminal system,

30. Mr. Helmerichs was arrested for possession
of Marijuana of 3.7 grams on 3 Sept. 2012 and released on 30 Oct. 2012 after
serving 63 days incarcerated on the presumption of guilt because he was unable
to access his computer to counter the claims for fear from the general public,
including not only the Mormon minister Matthew Swain but the Catholic Church
representative Exilda Laurin.
31. Ms. Laurin stated to police never before
having received email from the father of a student at her school, Frere Andre
in Barrie, after that father, Mr. Helmerichs, had been communicating to her IN
FRENCH IN SEVERAL EMAILS.
32. The case is really a matter of belief.
Before a concept can be understood, it appears rather as a fictional
make-believe tale spearing the intertwined medical serpents.
33. Mr. Helmerichs was relieved of his
teaching career as a direct result of his new label, mentally ill, not well,
and totally not Teaching in shere unbelief of the scope and size a finite mind
can SEE.
34. Since Talk To Dream began as an
advertising adventure, Mr. Helmerichs IS CERTAIN The Governing Authorities For
Canada, Her Majesty The Head Of The Commonwealth, will soon REALEYES, in the
battle for publicity, Honesty all-ways wins, in the end. It’s actually the
simple fact of GOD overlooked by all psychiatry which does profess not much
more than witchcraft to ransom health for money.
35. To understand God is to real-eyes a box [
] rendered in 3 dimensions on a 2-dimensional slip with 1-dimensional
black-white print. God is nothing AND everything AND perfect intelligence,
though at the comprehension of perfect one really has no further argument,
being left with recognition of “I don’t understand” and the silence of people
trying.
36. The trick of mind is the word knot as
nought to mean not, but then to acknowledge Its existence in a way that somehow
shouldn’t be possible. This drives discussion, arguing, and all warring.
37. The solution is in the reassurance that
HERE, where everything always changes, there is no constancy. This does also
directly better, actually disprove, E=mc² because c² is directly proportional
to frequency-squared, which is the inversion of a non-linear temporal plane not
knowable to any one or any thing in the place of perpetual change for linear
time.
38. There was a video made explaining E=mc² on
8 Dec. 2014 which thus-with-guns-called-police did vexatiously prevent posting
to youtube to take Mr. Helmerichs hostage, Criminal Code section 279.1, yet

39. Ms. Chawla had done several tyrannous
actions too numerous to recount in any one document hand-printed. An attempt
was made in a 126-page First Affidavit to FC-13-416 at Barrie but has somehow
mysteriously disappeared from the record for 28 March 2013. She commanded Children’s
Aid to remove custody of The Sun from Mr. Helmerichs, she tricked and mocked
Mr. Helmerichs for not accepting her verdict for the generous retirement
package of $950 per month on Ontario Disability for her mental illness, the one
not yet explained to her, and at no time did Ms. Chawla work WITH The Professor
of comprehension skills to better their relationship into actual WELLNESS.
40. Ms. Chawla, like so many more
psychiatrists, does not comprehend the fundamental principle of mind as The
Builder IS “Seek and ye shall find.” Perhaps the saying for life is best
remembered as the struggle for the understanding light of knowledge dim-wits
profess for money. The best example Mr. Helmerichs has to offer of the nonsense
Ms. Chawla professes, at express expense to the Ontario tax-payer, is in the 26

41. The Criminal Code, in section 269.1,
states Torture to be severe mental or physical suffering based on any unlawful
discrimination whatsoever.
42. The Human Rights Tribunal for Ontario
defines discrimination in several forms, included among them, threat of reprisal.
43. In the recording of 26 Oct. 2012, Ms.
Chawla can be heard threatening Mr. Helmerichs with reprisal in the most severe
way. Mr. Helmerichs attempts to explain that he intends to run first for Prime
Minister before then forming a partnership with Justin Trudeau that Mr.
Helmerichs can instead become The Governor General, effectively King Of Canada,
and work with Mr. Trudeau to correct the logical inconsistencies of our
governing laws. Mr. Trudeau is then left as the face for Canada not differently
than is his current intention. Ms. Chawla is heard explaining Mr. Helmerichs to
require anti-psychotic noxious substances forcibly injected into his person for
merely thinking the thought of actual World Peace-without-war.
44. Following the discussion, Ms. Chawla
understood on 29 Oct. 2012 that Mr. Helmerichs would not cease advertising her
crimes. Ms. Chawla had gone so far as to strip Mr. Helmerichs of his right to
peacefully refuse injections until such time that a criminal trial was had, and
then denied Mr. Helmerichs the right to name his already-then common law wife
Fan-Xiu Hsiao his power of attorney.
45. Authority for the forced injections was
arbitrarily given Ingrid Helmerichs, mother of The Professor, and strong
supporter of the complacent hellthcare ransom costing the general public their
freedom in servitude to money.
46. Other 2012 recordings implicate Anjana
Chawla in Criminal Code s.120 bribery for bartering with Mr. Helmerichs to
lower the blog at www.renehelmerichs2.blogspot.ca
in exchange for release from all community treatment orders. Ms. Chawla had
desired to retain a credible name at the direct expense of the good name for
Rene Helmerichs.
47. Mr. Helmerichs agreed to the terms of
Bribery to save himself further spinal pain caused by the noxious injections.
48. Mind, it shall be noted, is ETERNAL for
reasons already given and here explained: Since E=mc² = mGr= km1m2/r², where k=
f²k2, c² α f² and cannot therefore be linear, not confined to linear time.
49. Notwithstanding the fact that memory IS
the ability to bridge two points IN time for the exclusive purpose of bettering
a temporary place, experience of any realization at all entails fact for the
learner of not yet knowing all. For the learner to have memory, the learner
must be learning about a self not known to self such that mind of the learning
is, at the very least, already in-with-for the Ever part of Ever-changing in
THIS place.
50. On 7 Oct. 2012, released on the single day
pass given, Mr. Helmerichs stood in the police station at 29 Spalding Drive in
Barrie to try to save the life of the late Stephanie Theresa Holts (1990-2012)
who had been locked into the mental ward with her crack paraphernalia and was
begging and scared at the abuse received from Barrie thugs-with-guns and their
commanders the clown attorneys of room 502 in the Barrie courthouse.
51. The document carried to the Ontario
Provincial Police headquarters also on that thankstaking Sunday is available
for download in the attachments to the 6th and 7th Dec. 2014 email that Mr.
Helmerichs sent to Natalie Yewchyn and her band of merry-go-round men.
52. The public is to note that it may
superficially appear bizarre to become arrested on purpose, but when one
suddenly awakens to life under-and-in a place of tyrannous rule, what choice
has one but to walk INTO the one place where one knows one has only friends?
Everyone in jails know that in Canada we are NOT innocent until proven guilty
but marked as guilty if we do not work in law enforcement. It was quite a shock
to awaken from the happy life of a college Teacher into the shit that passes
for law in the courthouse of The Greater Barrie Area.
53. Most recently, Ryan Hamelin was actually
found guilty at a statis hearing while actively, with three lawyers, trying to
be heard in preparation for a trial!
54. Mark Dobson, The Travelogue Alien
Abductee, saw a psychiatrist give “expert testimony” that was completely
unfounded and wrong. This is further described in a Human Rights application
dated 8 Oct. 2014 available in the links of the auto-reply email from-to talk2dream.me@gmail.com, a second
submission of that dated 2 May 2014 because the glorey hole for Ontario, the
MCSCS CNCC unsuper jail, refused to photocopy the first.
55. On 26 Feb. 2013, Mr. Helmerichs passed his
school bus licence driver’s test. This test involved a rigorous one-to-one
training by a Ministry Of Transportation certified examiner. The examiner at
Sinton Transportation in Barrie clearly thought Mr. Helmerichs to be normal.
56. Mr. Helmerichs had planned to maybe drive
a school bus for a year before applying to the city of Barrie as transit
operator, given his teaching career was not longer possible. Managers at
Georgian College had advised Mr. Helmerichs not to bother applying to any other
Ontario college. It certainly didn’t help that Georgian was committing
fraud-over-$5000 in the Occupation-specific Language Training program to which Mr.
Helmerichs had been assigned.
57. Following completion of the licence, Mr.
Helmerichs again felt the compulsion to smoke up and see what his fingers would
type. He intentionally triggered the second arrest in want to become King on 2
March 2013 with the blog at www.renehelmerichs.blogspot.ca
58. The motivation for the arrest was directly
the ensuing iron-clad lawsuit begotten upon the arrest of psychiatrists and
Natalie Yewchyn, when finally a critical advertising mass is achieved.
Everything is possible and all futures DO exist SIMULTANEOUSLY in the state of
fluid Time WITH A Course In Miracles.
59. In the Barrie police video of 2 March
2013, 6:06 pm, as close as a clock can come to marking the moment with a 666,
Mr. Helmerichs explains that at no time did he lose conscious control of his
fingers. He was subsequently locked into a prison within a prison in the
very-unsuper jail run by The Ministry Of Community Safety And Correctional
Services, MCSCS, called C.N.C.C. Within CNCC exists a small unit for those
marked as guilty-and-a-threat-to-the-governing-tyranny.
60. Mr. Helmerichs was denied bail, in direct
contravention of section 9 and 11(e) of The Canadian Charter Of Rights And
Freedoms, on grounds that he suffers “a severe mental illness to quote Gunter
Wolfgang Lorberg.” The arresting officers of 8 Dec. 2014 simply replied “semantics”
before denying Mr. Helmerichs the normally assumed right to contact his power
of attorney and common law wife upon the fourth arrest.
61. For 16 months from 2 March 2013 to 2 July
2014 Mr. Helmerichs was incarcerated for the second arrest. At the Superior
Court trial of 16-30 June 2014 for C-13-205, crown attorney Ms. Kathryn Hull
and idiot judge Mr. Mulligan (who really should NOT be a judge) denied Mr.
Helmerichs the normal right to even have full disclosure or the ability to
present documentation for context. To quote the annotations to section 7 of The
Charter, “the constitutional norm for fairness is procedural fairness. Notice and
participation may or may not be required – what is fair depends entirely ON
CONTEXT.”
62. The context is simply this: In the email
of 7 Dec. 2014 sent to The Minister For Justice Canada, with all relevant links
to have all named individuals arrested, The Governing Administration Of Justice
elected NOT to arrest Liaqat Ali and The Inept Chief Witch-doctor Anjana Chawla
BUTT to again offer Mr. Helmerichs even greater ammunition to market Talk To
Dream.
63. Normally, under section 24(2) of the
constitution, it is not permitted to put the administration of justice into
disrepute. While at CNCC for 16 months, Mr. Helmerichs used his keen teaching
sense to document as much as possible the nonsense of the mentally ill
surrounding him. Affording Mr. Helmerichs the section 2(6) constitutionally
sanctioned right of creativity, meticulous details of a snowflake atop the

64. Eternal gratitude to Fan-Xiu for typing,
posting, and emailing a literally endless amount of Ontario Government Garbage,
OGG.
65. To say the crown attorneys at Barrie know
nothing of the true intent of Mr. Helmerichs, herein stated and re-stated as
The singular drive to unite the Christian churches of the world under PROPER
concept of One God is The Understatement Of All Time.
66. Mr. Helmerichs was released from
psychiatric watch on 2 July 2014 only to be re-arrested on 11 July 2014 for
allegedly breaching probation following the outlandishly perjurous trial
conducted with aim to bury Mr. Helmerichs. Mr. Helmreichs spoke with counsel
advising him NOT to personally press charges because The Ministry Of The
Attorney General would simply drop them, using their Right Of Carriage, and
render all evidence as inadmissible in a public court purporting honesty of
law.
67. On 18 July 2014, Mr. Helmerichs was
suddenly and surprisingly released on his own recognizance without a surety for
bail.
68. On 18 Nov. 2014, Mr. Helmerichs stopped
partaking in Ontario corruption. He called in “mentally ill” to his probation
officer and failed to appear in court. Truly, Mr. Helmerichs has had little
choice.
69. The Employment Insurance owed to him for
his heartfelt years of servitude at The Georgian College Asylum, was ruefully
denied by one Linda MacLaughlin (?) of Canada Services before Ontario Works
worker Jayce Olver threatened to press the charge of Uttering Threats for
requesting at least the $626 subsidy to cover the $600 rent on 4 Nov. 2014.
70. On 6 Nov. 2014, Mr. Helmerichs attended
the Ontario Provincial Police, OPP, station on Peter Street in Orillia to
recount this exact story yet one more time. The attending constable called Mr.
Helmerichs a genius and then the supervisor entered to say there was nothing
that could be done because of a lack of documentation?
71. On 21 Nov. 2014, Constable Perry left a
polite voice mail informing Mr. Helmerichs that a warrant had been issued for
his arrest if he did not attend court on 2 Dec. 2014.
72. Mr. Helmerichs returned the call to
acknowledge understanding. Having previously tested his environment with first
a call to 1-888-310-1122, the OPP non-emergency Proverb 11:22 line, before then
placing two 911 calls for a taxi to get out of the cold, Mr. Helmerichs knew
that without money there was little chance of his attending court.
73. On 2 Dec. 2014, Mr. Helmerichs emailed ALL
crown attorneys at Barrie his video defence to the failure to comply charge,
and took his wife out to Brunch at The Highway Inn, following A Course In
Miracles.
74. When on 4 Dec. 2014 there was still no
hint of follow-through from the thugs-with-guns-clown-sweeper-crew, Mr.
Helmerichs increased his toking of Blessed Marijuana to make another video
statement sharing that Mary was NOT a virgin.
75. The 4 Dec. 2014 video statement is
available on youtube and should still be linked from www.talkthedream.com. In any event, it’s
a 2.5 hour history lesson TO SAVE THE WORLD.
76. On Father’s Day, 6 Dec. 2014, Mr.
Helmerichs gave a Christmas Boot in the spirit of St. Nicolas. This day the A
Course In Miracles OFFICIAL ACIM.ORG Third Edition was given freely to the
world.
77. Thereafter on Son’s Day 7 Dec. 2014, Mr.
Helmerichs offered to Corruption The Choice Amidst The Arguing In The Business
Of Being Happy with the lying cutie-for-a-harlot Natalie Yewchyn (momentarily
re-married as Halloway). The government reacted with outrage and prevented
dissemination of The E=mc² Bettering on the 8th.
78. On 12 Dec. 2014, Mr. Helmerichs appeared
before The Red-sash Judge, they’re really all nameless since not even the crown
attorneys or duty counsel like to give their names, to try yet once more to
present context in the calm before The Storm.
79. The judge of 12 Dec. 2014 declined Mr.
Helmerichs the right to be heard in court, as his minon corrupt judges Mr.
Main, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Main, Mr. Main, Mr. Main, and Mr. Crawford before him,
and denied Mr. Helmerichs the right to enter even a court of competent jurisdiction
following the 17 July 2013 marriage registration To The Incorporated Province
Of Ontario to save The People of Ontario the pain of re-crimination at the
hands of Judge Mr. Harris who did openly permit crown attorney Kevin Sisk to
commit perjury on 4 April 2013. Google blog post “The Barrie Courthouse Circus

to be reasonable in ALL circumstances.

responsibility for the not religious text A Course In Miracles published officially
from The Foundation For Inner Peace, acim.org. This book, well over 1200 pages,
is in deed a Constitutionally defined religious text. Rene Helmerichs is in

religion” is for theists and atheists alike.
10. To assure The Court of the exclusively
benevolent purpose A Course In Miracles and Rene Helmerichs serve in sharing

Law, with letter for the matter of the suit, did confirm service to have been
received. That action was all that Mr. Helmerichs had required before
publicating the allegations in person outside our courts.
3.
Mr.
Helmerichs is quite aware that prevailing consideration may interfere with the
honest and expeditious hearing of facts disputed. Accordingly, he offers this
letter for settlement.
4.
Mr.
Lorberg is a registered forensic psychiatrist. Superficially, this does sound
grandiose until one considers the profession to be registered specifically to
ensure a common standard of practice. Because the practice is
government-regulated, there is also government-provided legal service for
physicians in such matters as our case EXCEPT when the physician did so
severely contravene conventional law that government funding cannot be provided
for defense of the allegations. A physician is best compared to a stand-alone
corporate entity.
5.
Lawyers,
that Mr. Lorberg irreprably broke the law is NOT for dispute. In fact, need for
Mr. Lorberg to use private counsel does directly evidence his guilt.
Compounding matters, Mr. Lorberg has retained the lawfirm with direct
association to Superior Court judge Mr. McCarthy. This same judge has attempted
to vexatiously prevent the hearing of numerous more civil suits in direct
contravention of Criminal Code s.176 and the Spirit of the law.

Mr.
Helmerichs is somewhat creative and not without means.

Advertisement
for the New Goal Day charity Talk To Dream shall continue while Mr. Helmerichs
is alive, with eternal life.

Mr.
Helmerichs is currently in partnership with several clients of the Methadone
clinic at 20 Owen Street in Barrie, the same clinic for which Mr. Lorberg is a
group partner as owner and administrator.
9.
Criminal
Code section 215(1)(c)(iii) does obligate physicians selling addictive
substances for personal financial gain to only provide those substances in
conjunction with the addiction-abuse counselling services exclusively seeking
to decrease Methadone addiction.
10. There are no shortage of persons and
numerous previous complaints put forward that testify Methadone to be as liquid
handcuffs for the stringent monitoring clients undergo with probation-like
visits more frequent than any normal probation orders could facilitate.
11. Mr. Lorberg is not known to provide
addiction-reducing counselling services. In fact, as contract psychiatrist for
the Penetang superjail C.N.C.C., Mr. Lorberg has little time for any
counselling whatsoever. This is supported with the common inmate knowledge that
Mr. Lorberg happily provides any remotely justifiable prescription to inmate if
only to appease re-sale demand. Drugs prescribed inside CNCC retail like cash
for canteen items and, believe it or not, even direct money paid through contacts
outside jail.
12. Mr. Lorberg is well aware of his
predicament. Pills are not the problem. The problem is the wanton psychosis
perpetuating the folly of keeping individuals such as Rene Helmerichs confined
in the psychiatric prison within the walls of CNCC, range 2C, merely because
the former college professor desired to have two psychiatrists, Anjana Chawla
and Liaqat Ali, arrested for Criminal Code s.269.1 defined torture. See www.talk2dream.me.
13. Since Mr. Helmerichs has now nothing left
to lose following the 16 months of solitary confinement that Mr. Lorberg
claimed to be necessary without ever once conducting a legitimate mental
assessment of or for Mr. Helmerichs to utterly disrepute their maladministration
of justice, Mr. Lorberg is offered this exclusive opportunity to make amends
with Rene before this very letter, or one even better, is advertised with major
ferocity simply not imaginable to sufferers of a major mental illness.
14. The attached email from Natalie Yewchyn in
the recent 6 and 7 Dec. 2014 mailings to all crown attorneys at Barrie and the
national Minister For Justice Canada, conveniently available from the 6 Dec.
2014 tweet in the profile of Mr. Helmerichs on TWITTER @talk2dream, does merrit
both the charges of s.180 and s.132 to Ms. Yewchyn-Halloway following her false
news begun, and misleading psychiatrists, in Sept. of 2012:

practice on grounds herein cited.
