6.      Open Letter To The Courts for law in Canada

7.      Please forgive the handprint font. My current writing tool is a one-inch length of pencil lead.

8.      This letter is with respect to the charge of 5.264 which agreeors must demonstrate to be reasonable in ALL circumstances.

9.      Fear cannot be reasonable demonstrated to be with the one individual having accepted responsibility for the not religious text A Course In Miracles published officially from The Foundation For Inner Peace, acim.org. This book, well over 1200 pages, is in deed a Constitutionally defined religious text. Rene Helmerichs is in shared possession of its copyright, and therewith a religious leader. “The not religion” is for theists and atheists alike.

10. To assure The Court of the exclusively benevolent purpose A Course In Miracles and Rene Helmerichs serve in sharing with all people a consistent one-world ideology not exclusive belief structure or religious affiliation of any person, Mr. Helmerichs has adopted the penname Lucifer Christ, lucifer meaning only The Morning Star, a bearer of socially beneficially necessary knowledge independent of monetary economies serving special goals, not for Self.

12. The proof is neatly summarized.

13. E=mc² is two things. First it establishes The Theory Of Relativity with revelation of the conventional E=1/2 mv²  Kenetic Energy equation breaking down for objects at significantly faster speeds. It shall be noted that in relativity the only constant is the singular fact of ever-change, an exception to every rule describing relativity.

14. The accepted law of conservation of Energy is the postulate Albert had presented with notion that in a purely potential state, all energy is directly converted to mass not conceivable to relative perspectives.

15. The second aspect of E=mc² is the assumption that light itself retains a measurable “mass”. The assumption is only correct when “mass” is measured in units not yet conceived.

16. For E=mc² to be accurate, usably accurate, E=mc²=mgh at the point of transition from linear-time relativity such that c²=Gr where G is the acceleration due to gravity through distance r. Understanding G to be determined with, using, constant K in G=Km1m2/r², with units per time squatted, and this to be the same as frequency squared the law for the conservation of energy hinges upon the existence of a plane wherein an unmeasured (yet unmeasured) substance exists non-linearly, non-temporally, but equally affecting all temporal aspects, matter, equally and constantly.

17. Mr. Helmerichs suggests this yet unmeasurable substance to be that causing “goosebumps” which Mr. Helmerichs can do at will.

Given the defendant Mr. Rene Helmerichs, www.talk2dream.me, TWITTER @talk2dream, did openly state in the 7 Dec. 2014 email to mcu@justice.gc.ca his intent to continue to bring the administration at justice IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, Canada, into disrepute for the Torture inflicted him at the hands of Ms. Anjana Chawla and Mr. Liaqat Ali in Barrie Ontario, in 2012, none of the evidence currently against him is actually admissible pursuant to sections 24(2) and 52(1) of The Constitution Act, 1982.

19. The defendant position is thus:

(2)   Meet all harmless requests.
