Re: Rene
Helmerichs
Please ask
this of psychiatrist Mr. Leslie Wong.
Mr. Wong, why
did you so rigidly insist your job is to follow the court order and not put the
patient first? (CPSO policy statement #2-15 speaks to compassion and obligates
you to put the patient first.)
The office of
the patient advocate informed Rene Helmerichs Criminal Code section 672.75
suspends the treatment order of 5 Aug 2015 half-hour before your third
injecting of him on 30 Sept 2015. Rene perceives the forced injecting of him
only to prevent his suspension of the treatment order (Mr. Wong verbally
confirmed this on 30 Sept 2015) as purely malicious and not with sincere desire
to put the patient first.
Why did Mr.
Wong decline to hear that Rene desired to file a Notice Of Appeal as his
arrival to Ontario Shores on 18 Aug 2015?
Why did Mr.
Wong decline to ensure that Rene Helmerichs meets with the patient advocate in
a timely manner?
Third, why did
Mr. Wong so rigidly assume he had the lawful duty to declare Rene disorganized
for the written complaint dated 15 Aug 2015 without considering Rene has never
had legal instruction to write a formal complaint against a judge?
Lastly, why has
there not been assistance to get Rene onto ODSP?
Thank you,
Rene
Helmerichs
