the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene on January 5,
2015. He has refused to speak with me unless the meetings are audio recorded
and stated that he would be posting anything documented on the Internet. Mr.
Helmerichs has been derogatory to me. Under the circumstances, I am unable at
this time or in the future to do an assessment of him.
